I was thinking of going back to the beginning (starting with [Hedda], that is) of the Goofs, simply taking them from GEE! - The Goofy Hall of Fame and letting old Goofs get a double feature until new submissions pop up. If the submissions would dry up again, I'd pick up where I left off from the Goofy Hall of Fame. Of course, they already got their trophies/togs from the first feature so the only reward for them would simply be having their picture on Mainstuff again...though

By rights, being featured is a form of award too (people like attention, generally) and depending on how many times someone is cycled it could end up flooding them with Togs. I like the idea of recycling over the older entries, however.
